Who is responsible for processing your personal data?

For what purpose do we process your personal data and why?

Depending on the form from which we have obtained your personal data, we will process them confidentially to achieve the following purposes:

In the Contact form

• To respond to queries or any type of request made by the user through any of the contact methods made available on the Controller’s website. (Based on the Controller’s legitimate interest, Art. 6.1.f GDPR)
• To send commercial and advertising communications by e-mail, fax, SMS, MMS, social networks, or any other electronic or physical means, present or future, that enables commercial communications. These communications will be made by the Controller and related to its products and services, or those of its partners or suppliers with whom it has reached a promotional agreement. In the Curriculum form:

• To include the applicant in recruitment processes and analyze the applicant’s profile in order to select a candidate for a vacant position with the Controller. (Based on the data subject’s consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR)

When using Social Networks:

• To link to social networks for viewing and participating in publications. (Based on the data subject’s consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR)
• To respond to queries or any type of request made by the user. (Based on the data subject’s consent, Art. 6.1.a GDPR)

How long will we keep your personal data?

Personal data will be retained no longer than necessary to maintain the purpose of the processing or as long as there are legal requirements dictating their custody.

Once they are no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to guarantee data anonymization or total destruction.

Who do we share your personal data with?

No communication of personal data to third parties is planned, except if necessary for the development and execution of the purposes of processing, to our service providers related to communications, with whom the CONTROLLER has signed confidentiality and data processing agreements required by current privacy regulations.

No international transfers of data outside the European Economic Area are carried out unless adequate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable regulations.

What are your rights?

The USER has the following rights:

• Right to withdraw consent at any time.
• Right of access, rectification, portability, and erasure of your data, and the right to restriction or objection to its processing.
• Right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if you consider that the processing does not comply with current regulations.

USERS, by ticking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) in the contact form or in download forms, expressly, freely, and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary to process their request, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.

The USER guarantees that the personal data provided to the CONTROLLER are truthful and is responsible for communicating any modification thereof.

The CONTROLLER informs that all the data requested through the website are mandatory, as they are necessary to provide the USER with an optimal service. In the event that all the data are not provided, it cannot be guaranteed that the information and services supplied will fully meet the USER’s needs.

In accordance with the provisions of the current regulations on the protection of personal data, the CONTROLLER complies with all the requirements of the GDPR and the LOPDGDD regarding the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and expressly adheres to the principles set forth in Article 5 of the GDPR, whereby the data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently in relation to the data subject, and are adequate, relevant, and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.

The CONTROLLER guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organizational policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR and the LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of USERS, and has provided them with the necessary information to enable them to exercise those rights.
