Training and professional development are key aspects in R&D. For this reason, Nanomate is committed to continuous and ongoing training of our employees, thus promoting the development of their skills and the improvement of their competences.

In 2022 alone, we provided more than 30 hours of training per employee. The training plans focused on developing their skills and promoting safety in the workplace. In addition, Nanomate provides a fund for all employees to invest in training based on their professional and personal interests.
